In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing accurate information to patients.,Maintain and update the pharmacy inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and organized.,Process insurance claims and handle patient billing with accuracy and efficiency.,Provide customer service to patients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.,Monitor medication expiration dates and ensure proper disposal of outdated medications.,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccines and other medical treatments.,Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.,Fluency in Indonesian language.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
