📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Managing budgets and resources to ensure optimal use and efficiency.,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR software and practices is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
