📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our metal solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to demonstrate product knowledge.
  • Monitor and report sales performance to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the metal or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sales tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel is a plus.
