Develop and implement business development strategies to drive the university's growth and expansion.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, government agencies, and potential partners.Manage and oversee the execution of business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.Monitor market trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to the senior management team.Represent the university at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand visibility and reputation.Lead and mentor junior business development professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends, incorporating relevant insights into our business development strategies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong knowledge of the higher education sector and a deep understanding of the Indonesian market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
