📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming experience.,Check guests in and out, and assist with any special requests or concerns.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with the spa staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Promote the various spa services and facilities to guests.,Assist with the organization and execution of events and workshops at the retreat.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with spa services and wellness practices is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and courteous demeanor.
