🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, with a focus on customer collaboration and technical solutions.
• Proven experience in providing technical support and training to customers.
