📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Managing cash and inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained

Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Assisting in the training and development of new staff members

Working as part of a team to achieve daily sales targets

Keeping the checkout area clean and organized

Maintaining accurate records of all transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
