Toko Elektronik Adi Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain to lead our team. As the Captain, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and growing business in Sanur, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure smooth daily operations.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth and meet or exceed monthly targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle inventory management and restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product procurement.,Train and develop new team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a retail or customer service environment.,Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with electronic products and services is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
