📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and baking various pastries and desserts.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all pastry equipment is clean and in good working condition.,Prepare and maintain inventory of pastry ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
