📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
