Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with software development team to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Set technical standards and best practices for backend development
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure they meet technical standards
  • Ensure that backend systems meet the highest standards of quality and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development
  • Strong knowledge of backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
  • Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Laravel
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
