📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient structures.,Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and reports.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure construction quality.,Develop and implement structural engineering best practices and procedures.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful project delivery.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards.
