In this role, you'll be at the heart of our bustling kitchen and service area, preparing and serving delicious food and beverages to our guests. You'll work closely with our talented chefs and baristas to ensure that every meal and drink is made with the highest quality ingredients and served with a smile. Whether you're making espresso-based drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machines or crafting signature cocktails, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffees, using our high-quality espresso machines and brewing equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection and served promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs and preferences with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, and to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and be willing to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and restrooms as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure that you are well-equipped to handle the demands of the role and to contribute to the ongoing development of our team.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, and ensure that you and your colleagues are always working in a safe and secure environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or restaurant server role, with a strong background in coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Familiarity with a variety of coffee brewing methods and techniques, as well as a passion for high-quality coffee and exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work well in a team, and to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of food and equipment, and to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business.
