In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing group events for our luxury resorts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and coordinate group events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of group events, including logistics, marketing, and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and event management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful group events.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Bali's luxury resorts and events industry is a plus.
