📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems, including data backup and disaster recovery.,Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware as needed.,Document system configurations and procedures for future reference.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.,Provide training and guidance to junior system administrators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration.,Strong knowledge of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).,Familiarity with networking technologies and protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).,Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
