📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.,Write user manuals, guides, and other technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials.,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with technical documentation for software, hardware, or services is a plus.
