PT Media Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Samarinda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role is crucial in ensuring our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting training and assessments for new hires.,Monitor and report on training program participation and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
