📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and streamline processes.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards within the warehouse.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory levels and meet demand.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities and transactions.,Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
