As an Assistant Manager, Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, advising on legal matters, and supporting the legal team in Kuta, Bali.

In this role, you will work closely with our legal team to provide expert advice on a wide range of legal issues, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and risk management. You will also assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring they align with local and international laws. This position offers a competitive salary of IDR 20,000,000 - 28,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package and the chance to be part of a global pharmaceutical leader.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on a variety of legal issues.
• Assist in the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage legal risks and liabilities.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to address legal issues.
• Maintain and update legal documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or legal advisory role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Malaysian laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
