📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Administer and optimize Oracle Billing & Collection Suite and SAP systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system administration and analysis.
• Certifications in Oracle Billing & Collection Suite or SAP are a plus.
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
• Experience with system integration and API development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
