📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide academic advising to international students, helping them choose the right courses and programs.
• Assist students with visa and enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth transition to the Indonesian education system.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract international students to CA Learning Academy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the international student recruitment sector.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure the academic success of international students.
• Attend and participate in international education conferences and workshops to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
• Maintain a database of international student contacts and information.
• Provide regular reports to the management on the status of international student recruitment and academic advising efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international student recruitment or academic advising.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and advising international students.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other international language.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
