📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate food inventory using software like SAP or Oracle.
• Order and receive food supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Plan and execute food production schedules, working closely with chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor food waste and implement strategies to reduce it.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Handle any food-related emergencies or issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food production and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Experience with inventory management software like SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Valid food handler's certification is a plus.
