📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure partnerships with high-profile clients and vendors to enhance event visibility and impact.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to event objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize event success, including budgeting and timeline management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive event reports and presentations to track performance and provide insights for future improvements.
• Attend and participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops to stay current with industry trends.
• Monitor and analyze event metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent PT Trans Property Indonesia at industry conferences and events, fostering relationships and enhancing our brand's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and partnership management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar platforms.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and able to travel frequently.
