📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
