📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement in manufacturing operations.
• Implement and monitor production schedules using advanced scheduling software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical support to the production team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Participate in process improvement projects and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with advanced scheduling software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO, OSHA, and other relevant certifications.
