📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Create and manage learning content using platforms like Moodle or TalentLMS.
• Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in workplace learning.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
• Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training and Development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or TalentLMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
